You make your normal monthly payments during the first 90 days. If you decide to purchase the building within that period, the eligible payments you’ve already made are applied toward purchasing the building rather than simply being treated as rent.

That gives you the flexibility of rent-to-own while still providing an opportunity to purchase your building early.
