Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE

Ingredients:
1 Lb Hamburger
1 Cup Shredded Cheese
¾ Cup Chopped Onion
1 ½ Cup Milk
½ Tsp Salt
¾ Cup Bisquick Mix
¼ Tsp Pepper
3 Eggs

Directions:
Heat oven to 400
Lightly grease pie pan
Brown hamburger and onion; drain
Stir in salt and pepper
Spread into pan
Sprinkle with cheese
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth – pour over meat mixture
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
