Just in time for a Mother’s Day BBQ!
9 Cups strongly brewed coffee
1-1/4 Cups Tender Quick (powder to tenderize, you can find this at a bulk food store, this is a very important part of the recipe)
3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
Mix well….
Boneless chicken thighs
Soak for 2 hours (no more) and grill!!
