PUMPKIN CUPCAKES (Makes 24)
Ingredients:
1 Yellow Cake Mix
2/3 Cup Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 Eggs
½ Cup Water
1 ½ Tsp Cinnamon
½ Cup Oil
1 Tsp Cloves
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Pumpkin
Directions:
Mix all together and divide in 24 liners
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Icing:
Ingredients:
1 Pkg Cream Cheese (soft)
¼ Cup Butter (Soft)
1 Tsp Vanilla
¼ Tsp Cloves
4 Cups Powder Sugar
Directions:
Mix well and put on cupcakes when cooled
